BAETA Corp was founded by Dr. Alexander Gak. Since its inception, BAETA Corp has made rapid strides to help achieve its mission.
In August, 2007 BAETA Corp was incorporated in the State of New Jersey. The following milestones have been achieved:

- Manufacturing solution obtained for the MyHealthTrends handheld device.

- Initiation of handheld and docking station hardware design for MyPillsOnTime.
